Our client is seeking Substitute Teachers for IMMEDIATE STARTS within the Glendale Elementary School District will enable each child to pursue their education as smoothly and completely as possible in the absence of their regular teacher.
DAILY RATE & AVAILABLE HOURS
* $Up to $150/day depending on Contractor's qualifications, availability, and skills.
* Monday-Friday (7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.)
SIGN ON BONUS
*Earn $250 after completing 10 days of work!
SUMMARY OF SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS
* PERMANENT Substitutes will be placed at schools within the Tempe Elementary School District. You will work eachMonday-Friday, but potentially not teach the same classroom each day.
* Substitutes will be used in grades K-8.
* Maintain as fully as possible, the established routines and procedures in the school and classroom to which assigned.
* Teach the lessons outlined and described as prepared by the absent teacher.
* Consult with the building principal before initiating any teaching or other procedures not specified in the teacher's lesson plan.
* Report in writing on the day's activities at the conclusion of each teaching day.
* Verify with the school secretary whether attendance will be required on the following teaching day.
* Follow all policies, rules, and procedures to which regular teachers are subject and which good teaching practices dictate.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university
* Valid Arizona Elementary / Secondary Teacher certificate or Substitute certificate
* Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
